You can book The Beehive by clicking through the calendar below to book direct with us here. ‘The Beehive’ is for 4 people accommodated in 2 king size rooms. Due to our insurance we are not able to have under 14s as standard in our treehouse*. Although we have a minimum 2 night stay policy we do not have specific change-over days so hopefully you will find dates to suit you and manage to book your visit now. You will find tea, coffee, sugar, milk and fresh farm eggs in your accommodation but if you require non-dairy, egg-free or vegan alternatives please contact us. If you would like to opt for additional supplies there are four ‘Extra’ baskets for either 2 or 4 people. The ‘Cream Tea’ basket is an additional £15/£25 and has bread, butter, clotted cream, home made scones and home-made jam. Alternatively, also for £15/£25, the Savoury Tea has bread, butter, home made savoury scones, one of our wonderful Otter Vale chutneys and a Taw Valley ‘Devonshire Tickler’ cheddar cheese. The ‘Big Breakfast’ basket has our own home grown pork sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, bread and butter for an additional £18/£34. You can, of course, really spoil yourselves and combine the breakfast with one of the afternoon tea options for £25/£40 in the ‘Cream Tea Combo’ or ‘Savoury Combo’. We are delighted to be able to offer the services of a local florist. We would be very happy to organise for her to do you an arrangement to have here for you on your arrival. These are priced from £15 to £25. It is also possible to book a session in our wood-fired sauna during your stay for £30.

The treehouse is £230/night.

Terms and Conditions
1. Holly water Holidays permits their guests to occupy the booked accommodation for the dates shown on the booking and to have use of its contents, parking and outside equipment.
2. Bookings and payments can be made for arrival and departure any day with a minimum of a 2 night stay through our website. For any other requirements please contact Holly Water Holidays direct.
3. Bookings should not be made on the website for same day arrivals without contacting Holly Water Holidays direct first.
4. Please do not travel until your booking has been confirmed and arrival details received from Holly Water Holidays.
5. Prices include standard VAT at 20%
6. Cancellations will be refunded up to the point of 4 weeks before the booked arrival date minus the bank charges 3.1%. From 4 weeks up until 2 weeks before the booked arrival date the will be a 40% cancellation charge. For the penultimate week before the booked arrival date there will be a 60% cancellation charge. During the last week before the booked arrival date there will be no refund. In the event that Holly Water Holidays are able to re-book the accommodation this cancellation charge will be reimbursed minus the 3.1% bank charges plus £20 admin fee. Holly Water Holidays would always advise that guests take out holiday insurance at the point of booking.**
7. Any issues you may have on arrival need to be reported straight away to give us the opportunity to rectify them. Refunds are only given when we are unable to rectify reported issues in a realistic time frame. Holly Water Holidays can not be held liable if there is an issue completely out of their control ie. weather/road access/floods etc. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after you have returned from holiday will not be considered.
8. Holly Water Holidays has the right to refuse any booking.
9. In the event of emergency work Holly Water Holidays may need cancel or alter arrangements for a booking. If no suitable alternative can be arranged then the booking will be reimbursed and Holly Water Holidays will not be liable for anything further.
10. Maximum occupancy for The Beehive is 4 adults. We do not accept under 14s as standard.*
11. We are predominantly an adult site and cannot accept children under 14 years of age. Under no circumstances are children under 16 years of age to stay unaccompanied in one Shepherd hut.
12. Holly Water Holidays is pet free.
13. Guests may check in from 3.30pm on arrival date and must check out by 10.00am on departure day.
14. Guests are expected to respect our property and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. If it is left in such a state as to require additional cleaning or an additional cleaner guests will be charged for their time.
16. Smoking and vaping is not permitted.
If you would prefer to bring your own bedding please do let us know.
In the event of being unable to travel it is always our advice to take out travel insurance and we will help in any way we can providing any necessary paperwork for an insurance claim.
*We can accept over 10s in the treehouse with special arrangement. Please ask before booking.
